JLL Snags 20-Member CRE Team in Central Florida

An entire team of commercial real estate professionals from Orlando-based Cite Partners has joined JLL. The 20 new hires include 11 brokers, five property management personnel, and four support staff. Matthew Sullivan and Wilson McDowell, who served as principals and managing directors of Cite Partners, have been named Managing Directors at JLL.

The addition involves a roster of regional and national clients, more 14 million square feet of agency listing assignments across the industrial, retail and office sectors, as well as a three-million-square-foot property management portfolio.

Sullivan, a top industrial broker in the Central Florida market, was Senior Managing Director in the Orlando office of Colliers International prior to starting Cite Partners. McDowell, who was Colliers International’s Managing Director of Industrial Services before Cite Partners, is well-known for his expertise in representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the disposition, acquisition, development and leasing of industrial real estate.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
