JLL Set to Manage OCVIBE Entertainment District

JLL Property Management said Tuesday that its newly formed mixed-use management team, The Mixx, has been selected to manage the Samueli family’s OCVIBE, a 100-acre entertainment district in Anaheim. The firm’s Lucas Ross has been named the first senior general manager for OCVIBE.

JLL will oversee operations, management, and maintenance of OCVIBE’s expansive commercial and common areas, including 20 acres of parks and public plazas, four parking garages, a variety of restaurants, an office building and retail plazas surrounding Honda Center. OC Sports and Entertainment will continue to manage the Honda Center and will manage the future entertainment venues at OCVIBE.

“With the full support of JLL’s local, regional and national resources, I’m confident we’ll bring our client’s vision to life and create an exceptional destination that sets new standards in the industry,” said Ross. “We look forward to driving OCVIBE’s success and making a lasting impact on the California landscape and community.”
