JLL Selected to Lead Leasing at 165-Acre Industrial Site in Cleveland

JLL will serve as the exclusive leasing agent for Commerce Park 71, a 165-acre industrial development in Burbank, Ohio.

The site offers exceptional power capacity—more than 200 megawatts—along Northeast Ohio’s I-71 corridor. The property’s flexible design allows it to be divided into parcels as small as five acres, accommodating a diverse range of industrial users from large-scale distribution centers to advanced manufacturing.

JLL Executive Managing Director Joe Messina, Managing Director David Stecker and Associate Joe Warren are representing the park owner, WCP. “Commerce Park 71 checks many of the boxes today’s industrial users are looking for, particularly those with significant power requirements,” said Stecker.”

Commerce Park 71 also offers convenient access to major Midwest markets through its direct connection to Interstate 71. The site is approximately 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 35 minutes from Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport, with Columbus just 80 miles to the south. Chicago, Cincinnati, Detroit, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, and other major regional markets are all within a five-hour drive.
