JLL Secures Three Office Leases in D.C.
JLL has secured three new leases totaling 70,000 square feet at two LaSalle Investment Management-owned office buildings in Washington D.C.
The leases include Quorum signing a 34,000-square-foot lease and Global Giving signing a 16,000-square-foot lease at One Thomas Circle. Additionally, law firm Fox Rothschild has signed a 19,000-square-foot lease at 2020 K Street, NW.
Doug Mueller, Evan Behr, Kristen Mathis and Thomas Myers of JLL represented LaSalle in the lease transactions. Andy O’Brien and Zach Boroson of JLL represented Quorum Analytics and Savills’ Ben Plaisted and Greg Scheipers represented Global Giving at One Thomas Circle. Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Richardson represented Fox Rothschild at 2020 K Street.
