JLL Secures Financing on Fulton Market Portfolio

JLL Capital Markets arranged financing for a four-building office and retail portfolio totaling 168,206 square feet in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. A team of senior managing director Anthony Fertitta, director Lucas Borges and associate Warren Johnson represented the undisclosed borrower.

Originally built in the early 1900s, the four properties were all extensively renovated and modernized in 2017 and 2018, and most recently between 2020 and 2021. The portfolio consists of 900 W. Randolph St. (or 159 N. Sangamon), 936 and 939 W. Fulton St. and 312 N. Carpenter St.

Anchor tenants at the properties include Vital Proteins, iCrossing and Spaces, as well as Top Chef-led eatery Rose Mary.
