JLL Secures Equity Partnership for 1M-SF Savannah Industrial Project
JLL has secured a joint venture equity partnership for the development of Southeast Gateway, a future 1.18-million-square-foot, ground-up, Class A industrial park in Savannah
Southeast Gateway will be constructed on 137 acres at 380 and 394 Fort Argyle Rd. one mile from a four-way interchange on Interstate 95 and six miles from the 1-16/I-95 junction. The location will provide trucks maximum distribution capability throughout the Southeast as well as allow future tenants to service the entire U.S. The park will consist of two Class A industrial buildings, one 1 million-square-foot, cross dock building with 40-foot clear heights and one 184,000-square-foot, single-load facility with 32-foot clear heights.
John Huguenard, Britton Burdette, Matt Wirth and Jim Freeman of JLL represented the developer, Conor Commercial Real Estate, in securing a partnership with WHI Real Estate Partners. The first building is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
