JLL Secures 53K-SF HQ Expansion for NationsBenefits in Plantation

JLL has arranged a 53,000-square-foot office lease expansion for supplemental benefits company NationsBenefits at 1801 NW 66th Ave. in Plantation, FL. The tenant now occupies the building’s first and second floor spanning over 95,000 square feet of office space, accounting for the majority of the building.

Last year, NationsBenefits moved its headquarters into the first floor of the newly renovated office property in Plantation. The expansion to the second floor now brings the 1801 building to full occupancy and it supports the company’s continued growth with future strategic plans.

Ryan Nunes, Alan Kleber and John Marshall of JLL South Florida represented the tenant in the transaction.
