JLL Secures 50K-SF Office Lease in Chapel Hill

JLL has secured a 50,000-square-foot office lease with State Employees’ Credit Union at The Parkline, an office property in Chapel Hill, NC.

Located at 18030 Fordham Blvd., the Parkline is known for its rhomboid shape, and is situated between Chapel Hill and Durham along U.S. Highways 15 and 501. Features of the property include open-air patios, outdoor seating, powered workspaces and ample parking. Recent renovations include a fitness facility with locker rooms and showers, as well as a newly-expanded lobby with communal meeting spaces.

John MacDonell and Ashley Lewis of JLL represented State Employees’ Credit Union in the transaction. The company will occupy most of the first floor and plans to move into the building later this year.
