JLL Secures 27K-SF Office Lease Near Raleigh

JLL’s Raleigh Agency Leasing team has secured a 27,400-square-foot lease with Korber Medipak Systems (Korber) at Peak City Business Park, a 300,000-square-foot office, lab and flex space campus being developed by GreenHawk Corporation in Apex, N.C.

Peak City Business Park is located in North Carolina’s Research Triangle. Upon completion of the development, the 42-acre park will encompass 14 buildings. Korber, a producer of pharma biotech and medical devices, will occupy nearly half of Building Seven’s 60,000 square feet by Q1 2022.

JLL’s John MacDonell and Taylor McCuiston are handling marketing and leasing efforts for the park. Brian Farmer and Karah Jennings with Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham represented Korber in the deal.
