JLL Secures 214K-SF of Leases at Life Science Facility in Lexington
JLL, on behalf of owner-operator King Street Properties, has secured 214,440 square feet of leases at 75 Hayden Avenue, a life science facility in Lexington, MA.
Construction on the new, four-story laboratory and R&D center began in 2018 and the property is now weeks away from being delivered. The new facility will anchor the four-building Hayden Research Campus. Hayden Research Campus is owned in a joint venture between King Street Properties and healthcare REIT, Healthpeak Properties.
Ben Coffin, Don Domoretsky and Tucker Hansen of JLL represented the joint venture owners in securing leases with the four tenants. Dicerna Pharmaceuticals inked a 91,728-square-foot lease, Frequency Therapeutics signed a 61,307-square-foot lease, Voyager Therapeutics signed a 32,152-square-foot lease and Integral Health inked a 29,623-square-foot lease at the facility.
