JLL Retail Teams Handles Leasing of One Million Square Foot Shopping Center Portfolio

JLL has been selected to lease and market a 13-building retail portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region owned by Ahold Delhaize. The shopping centers are located in Baltimore, Washington DC and Northern Virginia.

The portfolio covers approximately one million square feet and is anchored by a Giant Food grocery store in each center. “Our goal is to ensure we are gaining and retaining top tenancy alongside top-notch service to keep the centers fresh and dynamic,” said Thomas Jackman, JLL. Ahold Delhaize’s manager of leasing and disposition, Amy Booth, said the company was “pleased to partner with JLL’s strong team of professionals to bring quality tenants to the marketplace.”

The project will be led by JLL’s Jackman, Andy Corno, Jeff Bach, Joe Botzler and Bryan Cyphers.
