JLL Retail Adds David Townes, Alana Friedman to NJ Team

JLL Retail has added David Townes and Alana Friedman to the New Jersey retail platform. Managing director Townes and VP Alana Friedman will be based in JLL’s Parsippany, NJ office. 

The two join JLL from Cushman & Wakefield, where Townes served as senior director of retail brokerage in New Jersey since 2017. A retail leasing specialist, handling representation assignments for both landlords and tenants, his experience also includes site selection, letter of intent negotiation, office leasing and full-service commercial transaction management. Friedman previously served as director at Cushman & Wakefield Retail Brokerage. Before that, she was a retail broker with RKF in Rutherford, NJ.
