JLL Relocates to Aventine MXU Campus

JLL relocated its nearly 70-member San Diego office to Boston-based Rockpoint Group’s Aventine, a 220,000-square-foot office building in San Diego’s Golden Triangle. The brokerage firm built-out 18,000 square feet into a ‘traditional business meets new office.’

The site serves as a visionary model and a showcase for tenants and landlords. Fully ergonomic workspaces were designed to accommodate individuals, while the space provides “quiet” zones, fresh air/outdoor patios and respite areas for differing work styles and needs.

JLL’s Peter Belisle says, “Our goal was to create open environment that promotes the well-being of our team and fosters collaboration, team work and transparency.”

The new digs are on an 11-acre campus at 8910 University Center Ln. Previously, JLL was housed at 4747 Executive Dr.

JLL represented both parties in the lease negotiations.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
