JLL Puts Windsor Terrace Development Site on the Market

JLL Capital Markets has been tapped by Aview Equities and 57 Caton Partners LLC to market 57 Caton Pl., a block-through development site in Brooklyn’s Windsor Terrace neighborhood. The site will be delivered vacant; currently it’s occupied by a three-story office building connected to a partially-demolished warehouse.

The sellers are proposing a nine-story mixed-use building of approximately 109,029 square feet, which will feature sweeping views of Prospect Park, the Parade Ground and the surrounding Brooklyn skyline. The site is steps away from the South Lake Drive entrance to the 585-acre Prospect Park.

Overseeing the marketing of this investment opportunity are JLL’s Stephen Palmese, Hall Oster, Ethan Stanton, William Barrett and Teddy Galligan.

“Windsor Terrace has become a destination for spillover demand from Brooklyn’s Dumbo, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill neighborhoods,” said Palmese. “The area offers more affordability, room and access to green space than its peers.”
