JLL, Pembroke Secure Renewal of 125K-SF Tommy Bahama HQ in Seattle
JLL and Pembroke announced that Tommy Bahama has recommitted all 125,000 square feet of its corporate headquarters at 400 Fairview in Seattle.
The lifestyle brand entered a new 10-year lease, filling one-third of the property’s office space. This renewal marks the second-largest office lease in Seattle over the past year and maintains the building’s 100 percent occupancy.
The JLL team representing Pembroke was led by senior managing director Lisa Stewart and managing director Jim Allison. “Tommy Bahama considered several other locations in Seattle and Bellevue but ultimately chose 400 Fairview with a long-term commitment,” said Allison. “It speaks volumes about Pembroke’s highly-amenitized offerings at 400 Fairview, the enlivened energy of the South Lake Union neighborhood and Seattle’s role as a national and international corporate location.”
Other tenants at 400 Fairview include Skanska, Group14 Technologies, and Impinj. 400 Fairview is a 349,000-square-foot mixed-use property with ground-floor retail featuring the popular Fairview Market Hall.
