JLL Opens Flex Office and Coworking Space in Downtown Seattle
Orchard Workspace by JLL, a 35,000-square-foot flexible office and coworking space, has debuted inside the Westlake Tower in Seattle’s Central Business District. Fully managed and operated by JLL Property Management, the location offers various shared workspace solutions for teams of up to 50+.
Situated at 1601 5th Ave., the property has proximity to mass transit and retail amenities as well as unobstructed lake, bay and city views. Orchard Workspace by JLL in Seattle features turnkey team suites and private offices, coworking and virtual address memberships, day passes and meeting room rentals. It’s the firm’s second such project, after the Brooklyn, NY space opened last year.
“We are excited to activate the Seattle location and add the space to JLL’s growing network of flex locations around the world,” said JLL’s Jacob Bates. “With hybrid work, flex is becoming a significant part of employers’ flexible work strategies.”
