Dirt Cheap, a discount retail chain with its roots in Hattiesburg, MS, leased space at 3161 Broadway Blvd. in Garland, TX. JLL’s Rob Franks represented the tenant in negotiations with the landlord, Vaquero Ventures of Fort Worth. The Garland location is scheduled to open in April 2018.

Franks has represented Dirt Cheap in 16 transactions, ranging from 24,000 square feet-35,000 square feet. Since opening its first store in 1998 in Petal, MS, the discount retailer has more than 90 locations in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.
