Vincent Mason has been named VP and South FL market lead for JLL’s PDS group.

JLL Names Vincent Mason as VP and Head of South Florida’s PDS Group

JLL has appointed Vincent Mason as VP and South Florida market lead for the company’s PDS group, the service line in charge of development, design, construction and branding of commercial real estate projects.

In his new Miami-based role, Mason will be responsible for business development, client relationship management and project delivery with an emphasis on ground-up construction and developments, interior build-outs, building renovations/redesigns, repositions and capital improvements.

Mason has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and previous was a senior project manager for JLL’s NY PDS markets team.

During Mason’s time in NY, he began JLL CREative – PDS focusing on the representation of local creators and creating opportunities for the corporate real estate industry to be introduced to local creatives through events where interaction leads to awareness of cultures in our urban fabric, appreciation for mediums of expression and reinforcing of bonds to the community.
