JLL Names New Brokerage Leaders in L.A.

JLL announced additional leadership roles for brokers Josh Wrobel, Jaclyn Ward, Kevin Bender and Blake Searles in Los Angeles. Additionally, Charlie Smith was promoted to Brokerage Lead for the Los Angeles region, and will also continue to serve as JLL Los Angeles COO.

JLL’s Peter Belisle says, “Wrobel, Ward, Bender and Searles have shown tremendous leadership during the past several years, not just with their clients but within the Los Angeles offices. These new roles are a natural progression of their professional growth.”

Wrobel will lead the firm’s Office Agency Leasing Group in L.A., partnering with Ward who will oversee the implementation of technology practices in the region. The pair will also work closely with Smith and L.A. Capital Markets Co-leads Paul Brindley and Bill Fishel in servicing investor clients.

Bender and Searles will co-lead the firm’s Office Tenant Representation Group in Los Angeles, working closely with the JLL L.A. Sales Enablement Team led by David Fredrickson.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
