JLL Named a Top Company in 2023 for Executive Women

JLL been named one of the Top Companies for Executive Women in 2023 by Seramount. The list recognized the top 75 workplaces for women who want to advance through the corporate ranks, focusing on succession planning, gender pay parity, support programs and work-life balance programs.

The award recognizes companies that demonstrate effectiveness in moving women to senior ranks, including mentoring, sponsorship, involvement in employee-resource groups and leadership-development training. The list ranks top workplaces for women who want to advance through the corporate ranks, with an assessment of women representation at all levels but a focus on the corporate officer and profit-and-loss leadership ranks.

Results are based on how many employees have access to programs and policies that promote the advancement of women. To be considered, companies must have a minimum of two women on their boards of directors and at least 500 U.S. employees.
