Industry veteran Robert Richards is joining the JLL from Cushman & Wakefield as a senior managing director in its New England Market.  

Richards is an experienced leader in commercial real estate in Boston and New England, with a focus on life sciences, health care, and portfolio advisory work. Richards previously served as a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Global Advisory Board, leading the Cambridge/Urban team and heading the Life Science and Healthcare Practice Groups.
