JLL is marketing a huge 546,000-sf of office space in north suburban Creve Coeur, MO, a short 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis.

The property sits on a 95-acre infill site whereby virtually unlimited expansion is possible as current zoning allows more than two million square feet. The wooded property offers the opportunity to occupy a move-in-ready, self-contained business campus. 

Alternatively, redevelopment to mixed-use would complement surrounding land uses, JLL says. 

The seller is represented by JLL’s Chicago-based Capital Markets group led by Managing Directors Tom Kirschbraun and Scott Miller, partnering with local JLL St. Louis colleagues David Steinbach and David Biales.

“We’ve seen tremendous interest already for the site and have begun property tours,” Kirschraun said. “We will begin accepting offers within the coming weeks and anticipate closing by end of year.”
