JLL Lists Central NJ Industrial for Lease or Sale

JLL’s Northeast Industrial team has been retained by SkyREM as the exclusive agent for 1330 Campus Pkwy., a 277,806-square-foot industrial facility available for sale or lease in Wall Township, NJ. Vice chairman David Knee, executive managing directors Gary Politi and Christopher Hile, VP Conor Walsh and senior associate Michael Viera have the assignment.

1330 Campus Pkwy. sits on 26.55 acres and is designed to function as a true headquarters-style industrial asset, according to JLL. It features approximately 33,300 square feet of finished office space alongside an efficient warehouse footprint. A solar installation covers nearly 90% of the property’s electrical needs.

Knee said, “We are extremely excited to partner with SkyREM on this assignment. This solar-powered headquarters facility delivers the ideal combination of executive presence and operational efficiency for discerning companies. The Wall Township location offers outstanding accessibility while providing the professional environment forward-thinking organizations need to strengthen their market position.”
