JLL Leases 40K SF at ZG Capital’s 1450 Broadway in Midtown
1450 Broadway has added several office space leases totaling over 40,000 square feet at 1450 Broadway, a Class A Bryant Park property owned by ZG Capital Partners. JLL represented 1450 Broadway with a team led by Mitchell Konsker, Greg Wang, Thomas Swartz, and Lance Yasinsky.
- QVC has leased 13,357 square feet across the 19th floor in a move from 71 Fifth Ave.
- Kohler Ventures has leased the entire 4,109-square-foot 40th floor for its first New York City office.
- Good Springs Capital has leased the entire 4,109-square-foot 39th floor for its first NYC office.
- Iconix, a fashion company, has consolidated its footprint to 10,124 square feet on the 22nd floor.
- Kering Eyewear has signed a long-term expansion and renewal, taking the full 36th floor in addition to its existing space on the 33rd and 34th floors, totaling 12,327 square feet.
- Masttro, a wealth data platform, has leased 5,851 square feet on the 20th floor in a move from 1407 Broadway.
- Good Inside, a tech firm, has leased 4,109 square feet on the 29th floor for its first NYC office.
- SG Companies, a multinational fashion brand, will relocate to occupy 4,677 square feet on the 9th floor.
