JLL Industry Leader Bill Honsaker Joins Seattle Team

JLL has added Bill Honsaker, Managing Director, to the firm’s Seattle office in a relocation from Phoenix, where he was a market leader in the industrial and warehouse sector, advising owners and investors.

In a 35-year career, including 15 years with JLL, Honsaker has worked across California, Arizona and Washington, serving national and local clients. Honsaker’s work includes consulting and strategy implementation, market research, site selection, negotiation, financial analysis, and lease or purchase contract review.

“Bill brings a unique background to the negotiating table, having successfully marketed several million square feet of properties for both private and institutional owners, run seven national corporate real estate portfolios, and served as a commercial property manager,” said Chris Spofford, JLL Executive Managing Director and Seattle industrial lead.

Bill has been recognized as a consistent top performer, including a Top Gun, the highest-level production honor within the company.
