JLL Hotels Adds Capital Markets Veteran Mahl

Michele Mahl has joined JLL Hotels & Hospitality as EVP, based in Manhattan. She was most recently with NKF’s lodging capital markets group, and prior to that was a tenured member of Eastdil Secured’s hotels team.

Mahl will report to Jeffrey Davis, Americas co-head of hotel capital markets. She will focus on spearheading full-service and resort hotel investment sales.

“Michele’s track record is incredibly impressive, and she has advised on successful executions of some of New York’s most iconic, recognized hotels,” said Davis. “New York is one of the most competitive real estate markets globally, and Michele’s experience, deal-making skills and strong relationships in the investment community will deliver best-in-class results for our clients.”

Throughout the course of her career, Mahl has been involved with more than $65 billion in property sales, debt placements and M&A advisory. Among her transactions was the sale of the Waldorf Astoria New York.
