JLL Hires Hoyt as Senior Managing Director in Atlanta
JLL has hired Ryan Hoyt as Senior Managing Director. In his new role, Hoyt will lead JLL Industrial Brokerage in Atlanta. JLL’s current Industrial Leader, Managing Director Wit Truitt, a 33-year industry veteran, will be transitioning into a role where he can continue to help grow the team, mentor JLL’s talented pool of younger brokers and focus on his clients.
Prior to joining JLL, Hoyt served as vice president and leasing officer at Prologis, where he was responsible for leasing the company’s Atlanta and Savannah portfolios. Through his 18 years in the commercial real estate industry, Hoyt has facilitated more than 35 million square feet of industrial transactions across the Atlanta region.
