JLL Hires Healthcare Properties Leader

JLL has hired Alison Flynn Gaffney, as Division President, Healthcare. She will be leading JLL’s healthcare business. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Flynn Gaffney most recently served as the interim Chief Operating Officer with the University of Utah Health, Hospitals & Clinics, where she had executive and financial oversight for all inpatient and ambulatory operations across the more than $3 billion integrated healthcare system. She helped lead the development of a new, more than 1-million-square-foot healthcare and academic campus. When open in 2027, the endeavor will provide an historically marginalized community new access to healthcare, education and professional opportunities.

“The delivery of healthcare services has become increasingly complex over the last few years,” Flynn Gaffney said. “It sparks the need to redefine our business models to meet the demands of today and tomorrow. I am excited to lead our teams of experts at JLL as we partner with our clients to support their missions.” She will be based in Salt Lake City.
