JLL Hires Christopher DeLorenzo in NJ

JLL has hired Christopher DeLorenzo as an EVP with its New Jersey brokerage operations. The 25-year industry veteran was most recently head of leasing for Mack-Cali Realty Corp.’s 26.2-million-square-foot commercial portfolio.

Over the course of nearly two decades with Mack-Cali, DeLorenzo was involved in more than 1,500 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $2.5 billion. For JLL, he will focus on agency leasing, national multi-market corporate account work, new business development and tenant representation.

“Christopher DeLorenzo has unmatched experience in leasing and marketing strategies for high-quality office space throughout New Jersey,” said JLL’s Daniel Loughlin, who heads office brokerage in the state. “JLL will greatly benefit from his crucial insights into ownership strategies having served as head of leasing for Mack-Cali.”
