JLL Hired to Lease Office Space at 76 Trinity Place MXU
JLL was selected by Trinity Church Wall Street’s real estate arm to lease 107 Greenwich St., the office component of 76 Trinity Place. The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for 130,000 square feet of tower floor office space at the new, mixed-use, 317,288-square-foot building.
A JLL team of vice chairman Howard Hersch, executive managing director John Wheeler, managing director Sam Seiler and VP Andrew Coe will oversee leasing. The group will work closely with Trinity Real Estate’s John Franqui and Matthew Fox.
“This is a new, premier building that will afford a distinct offering for the boutique tenants in the market,” said Wheeler.
The 26-story 76 Trinity Place was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. The office component of the building encompasses the 14th through 26th floors. It has a dedicated entrance and a separate address of 107 Greenwich.
