JLL Handles Tustin Relocation for Direct Mail Firm
There’s still time to register for Connect Industrial, coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.
Orange County Direct Mail signed a lease for an entire industrial building in Tustin, CA. The deal covers 48,668 square feet at 2672 Dow Ave. The printing and direct mail company will be relocating its headquarters from Santa Ana to the new building.
JLL’s Nick Carey represented landlord, Yates, Fontenot, Smith & Brum, LLC, in the lease. JLL’s Wade Tift represented Orange County Direct Mail.
“JLL worked with the landlord to implement a comprehensive renovation and marketing strategy that would maximize demand from quality tenants,” said Carey. “The strategy proved successful, as we generated tremendous interest and finalized the lease prior to completion of the renovations.”
