Southend Seattle Asset Trades for $39M
Creeksides at Centerpoint, a three-building suburban office campus totaling 218,650 square feet in Kent, has traded hands for $39 million. The buyer was Issaquah, WA-based Lake Washington Partners LLC, while the seller was Portland-based Menashe Properties.
The 97.6%-leased four-story asset is home to a diversified rent roll of local, regional, national and government tenants, including Blue Nile and the State of Washington. The Southend submarket property, located at 20415, 20425 and 20435 72nd Ave. South, was constructed in 1984 and renovated in 2000.
JLL Capital’s Logan Greer and Kevin Freels represented the seller. NAI Puget Sound Properties’ Scott Sulman and Michael George also partnered on the deal.
