JLL Forges Minneapolis Brokerage Partnership with WeWork

JLL has been selected as the exclusive broker for WeWork in three buildings throughout Minneapolis. The leasing assignment encompasses 235,732 square feet. 
 
Ranging from individual suites to private floors, to entire buildings, the available spaces in the greater Minneapolis area include: 

  • The Nordic with 80,000 square feet available 
  • Capella Tower with 53,271 square feet available 
  • MoZaic East with 102,461 square feet available 

“As companies look to return to the office in 2022, employers are looking for a high-quality office environment for their employees with the flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing business climate,” said Brent Karkula, managing director for JLL Minneapolis. “WeWork offers both quality and flexibility to companies considering space options in Minneapolis – whether it’s in Uptown, Downtown Minneapolis, or the North Loop.”
