JLL Facilitates Two Leases at Edison District in Overland Park

The addition of two new tenants at the Edison District Development will officially bring the complex to pull occupancy, according to JLL. Flying Cow Gelato and Made in KC will both open new locations in 2023 at the Edison District at 80th & Marty in Overland Park, Kansas.

They will occupy 1,400 and 1,575 square feet, respectively, in the mixed-used space owned and developed by Overland Park Real Estate. This is Flying Cow Gelato’s third location and Made in KC’s twelfth location in the area.

JLL secured the leases on behalf of Edison District. “The dynamic environment at the Edison District is a perfect fit for both of these local companies,” said JLL’s Vice President RJ Trowbridge. The Edison District combines office, retail, restaurants, and dedicated outdoor space, all within close proximity to several multifamily residences.
