JLL Expands Central FL Multi-Housing Team with Directors Ted Taylor, Kyle Butler

JLL Capital Markets has formed a unified Central Florida Multi-Housing Investment Sales and Advisory team to maximize efforts across the market. Directors Ted Taylor and Kyle Butler have joined the Orlando office, working alongside Zach Nolan and Tampa-based director Drew Jennewein.

“I am very excited to have Ted and Kyle join us in the Central Florida Markets of Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville, which make up the #1 multi-housing transaction market in the U.S.,” said Matthew Lawton, investment advisory platform Leader with JLL Capital Markets. “I have had the pleasure of working closely with Ted when he was in South Florida and Kyle when he worked in the Chicago markets.”

Before moving to Orlando, Taylor served as director with the Miami multi-housing and land investment sales team. Butler previously served as director with the Chicago multi-housing team, where he was instrumental in growing its private capital segment.
