JLL Completes Two New Office Leases for Alerus Financial
JLL and Alerus Financial, a diversified financial services company, completed two office lease transactions in the broader Twin Cities market, relocating its Shoreview and Minnetonka offices. The two transactions were both expansions of current office footprints and long-term leases, totaling nearly 53,000 square feet between both locations.
JLL’s Eddie Rymer, SVP, and Alex Ach, VP, represented Alerus in finalizing the leasing transaction with the respective landlords, Eagle Ridge Partners and Piedmont Office Realty Trust. JLL assisted in both projects, helping manage workplace design and redevelopment initiatives from inception to close-out.
“In today’s market, ‘flight to quality’ continues to be the prevailing trend helping define the most attractive and in-demand properties across the Twin Cities market,” said Rymer. The Shoreview, Minnesota, office is located at The Lex at 4100 Lexington Avenue, and the Minnetonka office is located at Crescent Ridge II at 10900 Wayzata Boulevard.
