JLL Completes Sale of Specialized Industrial Facility in Illinois
JLL has arranged the sale of 560-562 E. Bunker Ct., a 73,150-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial property located in Vernon Hills, Illinois, within Lake County’s Chicago metropolitan area.
JLL represented JMS Capital Group in the sale to Wisconsin-based Luther Group. The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by Managing Director Kurt Sarbaugh and Senior Managing Director Jaime Fink.
The transaction marks the firm’s second Illinois acquisition as it expands beyond the Greater Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin region. The property sits strategically at the intersection of Illinois Route 21 and Illinois Route 60, providing immediate access to Interstate 94 and serving Chicago’s North Shore communities.
Built in 1990 on 4.41 acres, the facility features 24-foot clear heights, three interior recessed loading docks, three drive-in doors and 227 parking stalls. The property is positioned within Continental Executive Parke, a 600-acre master-planned business park originally developed by Prentiss Properties.
