JLL Completes Sale of 10-Building, 1.6M-SF Texas Border Portfolio
Killam Development purchased the Sharyland Business Park Portfolio comprised of 10 buildings totaling 1.64 million square feet in McAllen, TX, from IDI Logistics for an undisclosed amount. The commercial real estate deal also included 111 acres of developable land.
Located adjacent to the Anzalduas International Crossing and McAllen International Airport, Sharyland Business Park Portfolio serves as a connection between Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. The assets sit within the region’s premier 1,200-acre master planned industrial park, which features a strong roster of national tenants and vacancy levels below 5%.
JLL’s John Huguenard and Dustin Volz handled the sale. Volz says, “These assets were institutionally maintained and are strategically located for cross-border trade, which piqued investor interest.”
