JLL Completes 45K-SF Richmond Industrial Park Lease
JLL arranged a 45,012 square foot lease at Matan Companies’ Deepwater Industrial Park in Richmond, Virginia.
Raleigh-based PMC Commercial Interiors (PMC), a Haworth dealership in the southeast, will occupy 45,012 square feet in Building C at 3001 Commerce Road. “Our goal was to provide a modern, industrial facility that meets the evolving needs of today’s users—from clear heights and loading capacity to location and access,” said JP Matan, Director of Leasing, Matan Companies. JLL’s Gareth Jones, Charlie Polk, and Chris Avellana represented Matan Companies in the transaction. Colliers’ Jimmy Martin and Ryan Toland represented PMC.
“Deepwater will be a fantastic location for PMC to expand its presence in Virginia,” noted Gareth Jones, Managing Director, JLL. “With this commitment to Deepwater Industrial Park by PMC, our remaining 34,000 square feet of available space is the last modern high-bay distribution space available in the City of Richmond.”
