JLL Closes 35K-SF Lease at Midtown Boutique
JLL has leased 35,500 square feet of office space at 1330 Avenue of the Americas, a boutique Midtown tower recently acquired by a joint venture of Creed Equities, Hakimian Capital, CH Capital Group, and Nassimi Realty.
The property has floorplates ranging from 10,000 to 16,000 square feet. JLL’s leasing team, led by Mitch Konsker, has begun marketing fully-furnished pre-built units ranging from 4,500 to 16,000 square feet.
Notable leases include The Bahnsen Group’s 4,545 sq ft on the 31st floor, Aurelius Capital’s 3,415 sq ft on the 14th, ConvergeOne’s 4,540 sq ft on the 22nd, CF Entertainment’s 16,400 sq ft renewal on the 9th, and i80 Group’s 6,609 sq ft expansion on the 8th.
The building, designed by Emery Roth and renovated in 2007, offers amenities including conference and meeting space with a coffee bar and catering facilities, below-grade parking for 250 vehicles, and a bike room.
