JLL Capital Markets Completes Sale of Five-Property Deal

JLL Capital Markets has closed the $50 million sale of the I-20 West portfolio in Atlanta, an infill industrial portfolio consisting of five properties totaling 581,750 square feet and a drop lot utilized for trailer storage.

JLL represented the seller, Everwest Real Estate Investors, LLC. and procured the buyer, Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC. The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by Senior Managing Director Matt Wirth, Dennis Mitchell and Britton Burdette.

The properties are located in the I-20 West corridor at 1520 and 1650 Westfork, 6070 Fulton Ind. Blvd. and 6140 and 6200 Purdue in Southwest Atlanta. The sale included trailer storage at 6100 Purdue, spanning 4.62 acres with 87 spaces. 

Key features of the properties, which are 100 percent occupied, include clear heights ranging from 18 to 24 feet, with rear-load, cross-dock and front-load capabilities, 138 dock-high doors and 11 drive-in doors.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
