JLL Brokers Sale of 85K-SF Shopping Center in Hudson

JLL has arranged the sale of Center at Hudson, a 85,000-square-foot shopping center in Hudson, MASS. The sales price was not disclosed.

The property, which was 96% leased at the time of sale, is anchored by a Stop & Shop grocery store. Additional tenants include Expo Nails, The Paper Store, Sperry’s Liquors and Eye Care Center.

Nat Heald, Chris Angelone and Zach Nitsche of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was regional owner-operator NNM Realty Trust.
