JLL Brokers Sale of 851K-SF Industrial Facility in McDonough

JLL has arranged the sale of PVH Distribution Center, a fully-leased, 851,349-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility leased to an investment-grade tenant in the metro Atlanta community of McDonough. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2006, the facility is triple net leased to fashion and lifestyle company PVH Corp. The property’s location allows it to draw from a strong local labor force, and provides easy access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, which is 23 miles away.

Matt Wirth, Dennis Mitchell, Britton Burdette and Crosby Taylor of JLL represented the buyer, FHR Capital, in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
