JLL Brokers Sale of 84K-SF Office Building in East End

JLL has arranged the sale of 1313 L Street, an 84,040-square-foot office building in Washington D.C.’s East End submarket. The sales price was not disclosed.

The property is located nearby Midtown Center, the 14th Street Corridor, Logan Circle, Dupont Circle and Shaw. Additionally, the building is walkable to six Metrorail lines.

The owner, The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), tapped JLL to represent it in the sale of its headquarters building. The JLL team representing the seller included Dek Potts, Susan Carras, Walter Coker and Brian Crivella. The buyer was a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company (LPC) and Cadillac Fairview, who will redevelop the site into a Class A apartment project.
