JLL Brokers Sale of 63K-SF Publix-Anchored Shopping Center in Sandy Springs

JLL has arranged the sale of Trowbridge Crossing, a fully-leased, Publix-anchored shopping center in Sandy Springs for an undisclosed price.

Publix has operated at Trowbridge Crossing for more than 20 years, and completed an interior renovation of their store in early 2019. The property recently underwent an extensive renovation. Additional tenants at the 62,558-square-foot center include USPS, Domino’s Pizza and Great Clips.

Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Mike Allison of JLL represented the seller, BIG Shopping Centers USA, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
