JLL Brokers Sale of 400-Unit MF Property in Herndon

JLL has arranged the sale of the Station on Silver, a 400-unit multifamily property in Herndon, VA. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 2340 Carta Way, the property is nearby the Innovation Center Metro station as well as a number of employment hubs including Reston Town Center, Tysons Corner, the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor and Inova. Features of the community include European-style cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, quartz vanities and porcelain tile flooring in the bathrooms as well as walk-in closets. Community amenities include a fitness center, pool, lounge and fire pits as well as a courtyard, media room and rooftop deck equipped with an outdoor kitchen.

Walter Coker, Brian Crivella and Robert Jenkins of JLL represented the seller, Woodfield Development, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
