JLL Brokers Sale of 351-Unit North Carolina MF Community

JLL has arranged the sale of Tradition at Stonewater, a 351-unit garden-style apartment community in Cary, NC. The sales price was undisclosed.

Tradition at Stonewater is located at 12000 Wisdom Dr., and is nearby Research Triangle Park and Duke University & Medical Center. Built in 2009, the property is currently 96% leased. Community amenities include a resort-style saltwater swimming pool, outdoor lounge, screened-in summer kitchen, fitness center, theater room, business center and gated dog park.

Jeff Glenn, Justin Good, Allan Lynch, Caylor Mark and Andrea Howard of JLL represented the seller, an affiliate of Banner Real Estate Group, in the transaction. The buyer was Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division.
