JLL Brokers Sale of 244K-SF Louisville Logistics Center

JLL has closed the sale of a Louisville logistics center, a 243,613-square-foot Class A distribution facility located in the Louisville Riverport submarket. 100% leased to a single tenant with four years of term remaining at close, the property is a state-of-the-art, mission-critical logistics center in the high-barrier-to-entry Louisville industrial market.

A JLL team of brokers, including Ed Halaburt, Ross Bratcher, and John Huguenard, represented the seller, Oaktree Capital Management. The buyer was TradeLane Properties.

Located at 5710 Cane Run Road, Louisville, Kentucky, the property was constructed in 2023. The state-of-the-art rear-load distribution center features 32-foot clear heights. Louisville is also home to major air and ground distribution hubs for UPS.
