JLL Brokers $8M Sale of Metro D.C. Development Site

JLL has arranged the $7.7 million sale of a nearly 33-acre development site comprising three parcels in the Washington, D.C. area community of Haymarket, VA.

The site is located at the intersection of Heathcote Boulevard and Route 15 just off Interstate 66 in Prince William County. The three parcels are split by Heathcote Boulevard and zoned for General Business (B-1), allowing for a variety of uses, including a mixed-use property with up to 350,00 square feet of commercial/retail space and 150,000 square feet of office space.

Jordan Lex, Bill Moylan and Daniel Naughton of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. In addition, a team from Montouri Roberson & Smith also represented the seller. The buyer was not disclosed.
