JLL Brokers $72M Sale of Office Building in Boston

JLL has brokered the $72 million sale of 20 Guest Street, a 228,912-square-foot creative office building located adjacent to the Boston Landing neighborhood in Boston.

The office property is located adjacent to Boston Landing, a premier wellness hub in the city. Boston Landing includes the new Boston Bruins practice facility and Warrior Ice Arena as well as The Auerbach Center, the Boston Celtics practice facility. The development is also the future site of The Track at New Balance, a world-class indoor hydraulic track, field and entertainment venue. Built in 2000,  20 Guest Street features expansive views, column-free floorplates with exposed ceilings and flexible tenant areas. Currently, the property is fully-leased to seven tenants, including the Harvard Business School of Publishing.

Coleman Benedict, Kerry Hawkins and Ben Sayles of JLL represented the seller, NB Development Group, in the transaction. The buyer was a partnership between Griffith Properties LLC and Artemis Real Estate Partners.
